CALL ME INTERN
2019, 67 MINUTES
Meet the millennials fighting back against unpaid work. Call Me Intern follows three interns-turned-activists who refuse to accept the idea that young people should have to work for free to kickstart their careers. Their stories challenge youth stereotypes and help give a voice to the growing movement for intern rights across the world.
CHAGRIN VALLEY (WT)
In a warehouse on the outskirts of Cleveland, Ohio, The Chagrin Valley Elderly Home recreates a model of 1950s America. Here residents with dementia can escape the real world, full of confusion and pain, by retreating into a simulation of the familiar scenes of their youth. Through contrasting stories of a resident and her caregiver, Chagrin Valley reveals the distorted truths and convenient lies that form the basis of all our identities – whether demented or not.
