A documentary about women in the Sri Lankan Civil War. They were fighters of the Tamil Tigers, civilian victims of attacks, or displaced persons. Five women from the opposing parties – the Tamils, Sinhalese, and Muslims – share their memories. Two of the soldiers now live in Switzerland. The film contrasts perpetrators and victims and provides insight into the traumas and survival strategies.
